To give you the opportunity to experience what Campus Living Villages [Kelvin Grove] has to offer we have introduced, for the remainder of 2008, a brand new flexible length of stay system, which brings you great flexibility with even better prices! Not only are you now able to stay at CLVKG short term, you can pick the amount of time that you want to stay!

- A $50 Internet connection fee applies to all bookings
- Internet usage is payable by resident direct to service provider
- No registration or application fees are payable
- Bond of $750 (for stay longer than 5 weeks) is payable at time of check-in and is submitted to the RTA
- All rates are for room only
- All bookings require a 2 week up front payment to confirm booking
- Casual stay rates are subject to availability and only sold if available
- On departure from the village, the tenant is required to pay a departure clean fee of $50 to provide for the steam clean of carpet. The room / apartment is to be left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as it was in on the first day of occupation by the resident considering fair wear and tear. This fee is due and payable upon departure
All bond monies are forwarded by the Village and held at the Residential Tenancy Bond Authority as per the Residential Tenancy Act
