THE FEES
When committing to a Tenancy Agreement at Campus Living Villages [Kelvin Grove] you are agreeing to pay a fully inclusive fee associated with the choice of accommodation that you have been offered.
The fully inclusive tenancy fee includes:
- Access and full use of your bedroom and common areas within your apartment
- Internet plug-in port (this does not include metered internet usage costs)
- All utilities, including electricity, hot and cold water
- Full use of all facilities, including: courtyard zones, student common room and e-library access.
Flexible Payment Systems:
In a lot of ways this is more important than the actual cost of the accommodation. It would be great if everyone paid the full year’s fees up front, but we understand that is totally impractical for most. In an effort to make it as easy as possible for residents to pay fees, you have the option to pay fortnightly.
Affordable accommodation scheme: Applicants experiencing financial hardship may be eligible to receive a reduction in their weekly rental fees. To be considered eligible for the discounted rate, residents must comply with the Financial Assistance Criteria as outlined by QUT. Please notify the Village of your eligibility for the discount upon making your application to live at the Village.
